Privacy Policy

XAppifai (“we”, “us”) runs LeadLink, the job and project lead board at leadlink.click. We decide how the personal data described in this policy is used, and we are responsible for it.

For anything about your data, write to contact@xappifai.com.

You do not need an account to use the board, and we never ask for your name, email or payment details. When you visit, the following is collected automatically:

• Usage analytics through Google Analytics: pages viewed, how you arrived, approximate location (country and city), device and browser type, and an identifier stored in a cookie.
• Advertising data through our advertising partner, Adcash: device and browser details, IP address and identifiers used to choose, show and measure ads, and to prevent fraud.
• Server logs kept by our hosting provider, Vercel: IP address, requested page, time and browser, used to deliver the site and keep it secure.

The Cookie Policy lists the cookies involved and how to switch them off.

Listings can contain personal data about the person behind an opportunity: their name, email address, phone number and a link to apply. Listings reach us in two ways:

• Submitted to us by the project owner, or by someone acting for them, for publication.
• Collected from public posts, where the owner advertised the opportunity publicly elsewhere — for example on a social network, job site or public group — and included contact details so that people could respond.

We publish this information so that people looking for work can reach the person offering it. That is the only purpose we use it for. We rely on the owner’s consent where they submitted the listing, and on our legitimate interest in connecting opportunities with applicants where it was collected from a public post.

Email addresses and phone numbers are not included in the page as it first loads; they appear only after a visitor chooses “View contact details”. This keeps them out of search engine results and makes bulk harvesting harder.

If a listing is about you, you can ask us to correct it or remove it at any time, whether or not you submitted it. See how to request a removal. We act on removal requests without asking for a reason.

If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it and the contents of your message. We use these only to answer you and to keep a record of requests such as removals.

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the providers that run the site:

• Vercel — hosting and delivery of the website.
• Supabase — the database where listings are stored.
• Google — Google Analytics, for visitor statistics.
• Adcash — advertising. Adcash may work with its own partners to fill ad space; their use of data is governed by their own policies.

We may also disclose data where the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or others.

Our providers operate servers in several countries, including outside Pakistan and outside the European Economic Area. Where data leaves your country, it is protected by the provider’s own safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses.

• Listings stay published until they are removed at the owner’s request or taken down by us. Removed listings are deleted from the database.
• Analytics data is kept by Google Analytics for up to 14 months.
• Emails to us are kept for as long as needed to deal with the request and keep a record of it.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• know what personal data we hold about you and receive a copy;
• have inaccurate data corrected;
• have your data deleted, including having a listing about you removed;
• object to, or ask us to restrict, how we use your data;
• withdraw consent where we rely on it;
• complain to your local data protection authority.

To use any of these, email contact@xappifai.com. We reply within 30 days and may ask for information to confirm the request comes from the person concerned.

The site is served only over HTTPS, the database is not publicly readable, and access to administration is restricted. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the data we hold.

The board is intended for adults looking for work or hiring. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16. If you believe a child’s data appears on the site, contact us and we will remove it.

We may update this policy as the site changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
